A few things to know before booking

Baby Equipment Refresh pricing includes doorstep pickup and return within The Nurtured Nest's standard service area. Our goal is to pick up your equipment in the afternoon or evening and return it freshly cleaned the following morning, minimizing disruption to your family’s routine. We’ll coordinate your pickup window after booking.

Occasionally, drying time, manufacturer care requirements, or item condition may require additional time. If a delay is anticipated, we’ll communicate promptly and work with you to arrange a convenient return time. We’ll never rush the drying process just to meet a deadline.

Have more than one piece of gear? Choose your primary item when booking and use the Add-Ons menu to add additional items at our bundled rate.

For organization and New Baby Nest services, you'll complete a short questionnaire so we can learn more about your family, your space and what would make the biggest difference for you.
